Privacy Policy
You can use Fetchy without creating an account or giving us your name.
No accounts
You do not register to use the downloader. We do not ask for your name, email address or payment details.
Links you submit
A link you paste is sent to our server and the service that prepares the requested file. We do not use those links to build a personal download history.
Files
Prepared files are sent to your browser. Fetchy does not run a public media library or keep your completed downloads as an account history.
File tools
The tools on the Tools page (PDF, image, audio and QR tools) run inside your browser. Files you add are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to our server. Remove Background and Image to Text may download an AI model to your browser the first time you use them.
Camera and microphone
Scan QR Code asks for camera access only while you scan, and the picture never leaves your device. Voice to Text uses your browser's built-in speech recognition; some browsers, such as Chrome, send the audio to their own provider to turn it into text. You can block camera or microphone access at any time in your browser settings.
Technical logs
Our hosting may keep short-lived records such as request times, IP addresses and error messages for security, reliability and troubleshooting. We do not sell these records.
Third parties
Preparing a file involves YouTube and third-party processing services. Those services handle requests under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
Fetchy stores your language and theme choices in your browser. We do not use those settings to build an advertising profile.
